Important Information About Christmas Orders

DPD Delivery: The deadline for the last parcel dispatch is December 18.

Hungarian Post Delivery: The deadline for the last parcel dispatch is December 10.

In-person Pickup: Orders can be picked up until December 23.

Important! To ensure all parcels arrive on time, please place your in time!

Holiday Break: Our webshop will be closed from December 23 at 5:00 PM until January 5. Orders placed during this period will start being processed on January 6.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can pick up your order in person between November 18, 2024, and December 23, 2024. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your package is ready for collection.

Times: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Important: Orders are kept for 5 business days, and payment on-site is not possible. Only pre-payment by bank card is accepted.

Can I order from the webshop to another country outside of Hungary?

Unfortunately, you cannot, we only deliver domestically within the borders of Hungary. Sorry!

What is the minimum amount for free shipping?
Free shipping is available for orders over 25,000 HUF.

Who delivers my package?
Packages are delivered by the DPD courier service or Magyar Posta.

Home delivery (via DPD):

Delivery fee: 2,500 HUF nationwide.
Free for orders over 25,000 HUF.

Home delivery (via the Hungarian post - Magyar Posta):

Up to 10 kg: 1,990 HUF/item.
10-20 kg: 2,990 HUF/item.
20-40 kg: 5,990 HUF/item.

For orders above 25,000 HUF, delivery is free regardless of weight.

Can I have my package delivered to a parcel point?
Yes. If you’re unavailable during delivery, parcel point pickup is the easiest option.

Delivery fee: 2,000 HUF.
Free for orders over 25,000 HUF.

Pickup at Hungarian Post Parcel Points:

Delivery fee: 990 HUF/item.

You can select your preferred delivery method during the ‘Shipping and Payment’ step of your order.

When will my package arrive?
The expected delivery time is 2–5 business days after placing your order. You will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package’s journey.

Can I pay by bank card?
Yes, only bank card payments are accepted. Payments are processed securely via the SimplePay Online Payment System by OTP Mobil Kft. Details: Payment Info

What should I do if my package is damaged?
In case of damage (e.g., broken bottle, damaged box), send an email to shop@fehernyul.hu with your order number, name, and a photo of the damage. The issue will be resolved promptly.

Is registration required to place an order?
No, you can place an order without registration. However, some basic information (name, address, phone number) is required. Registered users enjoy faster and more convenient future orders.

Are weekend orders processed the same day?
No, orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Do beer packages come in gift boxes?
By default, beer packages do not come in gift boxes unless indicated in the product description or photo. Holiday promotions may include 2-, 3-, or 4-pack gift boxes.

How are gift tickets sent? Can I print them?
A confirmation email is sent after purchasing a gift ticket. For a printable version, email event@fehernyul.hu, and you’ll receive the tickets in PDF format.

When is the taproom open?
The Fehér Nyúl taproom is temporarily closed. Special events may reopen the taproom. Follow updates on Facebook, Instagram, or the newsletter.

Where are the Off-flavor Workshops held?
Workshops are hosted at Brew!Studio at Tűzoltó utca 22, Budapest. Tickets: Buy Here

Where are brewery tours held?
Tours take place at the Fehér Nyúl Brewery at Soroksári út 110-112, Budapest. Tickets: Buy Here
