Kentucky Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout

And now, here are two whiskeys at the end of the lineup. First up, the Kentucky Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, rested in Woodford Reserve casks. This one turned out surprisingly smooth compared to the usual punchy bourbon-aged beers. It’s rich and oily, with deep cocoa and pleasant nutty notes, rounded out by a touch of cherry brandy.
