This NEIPA was born to showcase the pinnacle of brewing technology in the role of Yakima Chief’s Cryo Hops® x Phantasm®: YCH 303 Trial blend. This cryo separated lupulin mix is enriched with an extract of Sauvignon Blanc grape skin, rich in robust compounds that can survive the harsh processes encountered during the beer making process. These compounds are a rich source of nourishment for the special yeast strain, which in turn rewards us with a wide spectrum of fruity aromatic compounds.
