It's fair to ask why is this beer a Cold Double IPA. Sure. The trick is that we used lager yeast to make the beer easy to drink and give it a lager-like clarity and crispiness, aided by the basmati rice. We also spiked it with more and more interesting Slovenian hops. This included Styrian Fox and Styrian Kolibri.
